We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Territory Advertising Sale Manager to develop new business and to drive company sales by persuading customers to purchase our job search engine services.

About This Position

The Regional Advertisement Sales Manager will develop new customer relationships with human resource managers, hiring managers, recruiters, hospitals and medical centers, doctor’s offices, scientific research and development companies, nursing service providers, fire departments and emergency service providers, and veterinary medical facilities, to provide job search engine advertisements. This position will include prospecting new business and servicing existing clients.

The Regional Advertisement Sales Manager achieves maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services and personally contacts and secures new business accounts and customers and oversees a sales team of approximately 5 Territory Sales Managers, and 5 to 10 independent advertising sales representatives.

The income potential is unlimited. This position is commission only and includes a lucrative incentive plan. Full-time employment and benefits will be considered depending on performance.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Being articulate and professional in both communication and appearance.

  • Direct in-person B2B sales of advertising for our job search engine product offerings.

  • Building a personal book of business by attracting new clients through prospecting, appointment setting and face to face, and virtual presentations.

  • Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential customers value to the organization.

  • Identifying networking opportunities to build relationships to generate new business.

  • Plans and organizes personal sales strategies to achieve sales goals.

  • Delivering outstanding customer service by acting as the liaison between the client and our company on matters such as ad design, ad updates, adverting web banners and any new services which may be developed, by assisting the client in selecting the services best suited to their need and expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.

  • Develops clear and effective writing proposals / quotations for current and prospective clients. Once sales are made, complete and execute contracts with clients.

  • Effectively organize and document sales, and update sales progress daily and report weekly progress to a manager.

  • Attendance at weekly staff meeting and weekly sales meetings either in person or virtually.
